He began his career as a dental hygienist, gaining invaluable experience in patient care before earning his Doctorate in Dental Medicine from Case western School of Dental Medicine in Cleveland Ohio. Dr. Carter continues to pursue advanced training through a General Practice Residency at Brookdale Hospital in Brooklyn, NY where he was honored with the prestigious Resident of the Year Award.
